Our purpose built meeting rooms are sound proofed and offer natural daylight with climate control facilities, plus state of the art technology such as wireless LAN, high speed internet connection plus broadband access.
Audio-Visual Facilities
The Hyde and Yeats meeting rooms are equipped with 40 inch LCD flatscreen monitors with integrated connectivity for Lap Top’s and a state of the art DVD and surround sound system.
The Swan Banquet Suite is provided with two, drop down LCD projectors and 10ft screens which integrate with Laptops, DVD and audio visual equipment. The suite is also equipped with a wireless microphone system and a closed loop hearing system for anyone who may have hearing difficulties.
Flipcharts are available on request. Portable screens for use with LCD projectors are also available at a charge.
