The room itself combines river views and rich gold and crimson tones in a retro style setting.
Breakfast is served, serving fruit salads, juices, muesli and a wide selection of breads and pastries. Our famous Irish breakfast is also available.
Lunch need not be a lavish affair, the extensive lunch menu ranges from soups, salads and wraps to a full three course lunch menu.
Under the careful stewardship of Chef Alan Fitzmaurice The Kitchen has introduced a completely new dining experience to Sligo over the last twelve months. Alan combines ethically sourced local ingredients and combines then in traditional recipes while adding a little contemporary twist, like the hotel itself, the food offering is quirky and unique.
