This is one of the most prestigious awards that can be bestowed upon an Irish restaurant. AA Rosettes are awarded annually, and are only bestowed on hotel restaurants providing consistently excellent cuisine. To receive one, a restaurant must offer food prepared with care, understanding and skill, using good quality ingredients. The aim of the Rosette scheme is to provide AA Members, its guidebook readers and the general public reliable information about where to find superb food.
