The Glasshouse Hotel has just launched their brand New Brunch menu, served every Saturday and Sunday from 12 - 4pm. Indulge in 4-star luxury, overlooking The Garavogue River in the heart of Sligo. 

The new brunch menu boasts an International flavour of food exclusively designed by our award-winning, 
Executive Head Chef, Alan Fitzmaurice.  The menu is a delicate blend of fresh, seasonal ingredients and served in our AA Rosette winning Kitchen Restaurant.
