Our chocolate are all handmade here in the kitchen of The Glasshouse Hotel.
Using only the finest Cacao Barry Chocolate from around the world.

We use a distinctive dark chocolate with good cocoa taste and a hint of acidity.
The "next generation" chocolate with a pure and intense taste of cocoa, thanks to the new and unique method of fermentation : the Q fermentation.

Our Milk chocolate / Lactee superuieure 38%
Is a full traceable and sustainable chocolate with a pure cocoa and intense milk taste. A unique farmer-to-chef process to offer you the best of nature while encouraging longevity of farmers engagement.
