Join 3 x Irish champion and Sligo surf pioneer Seamus ‘Shambles’ Mc Goldrick for a world class surfing experience on his local beach. Seamus grew up in Strandhill under the shadow of Queen Maeve’s Grave on top of Knocknarea. Seamus set up Sligo Surf Experience as the perfect vehicle to share the knowledge he has gained from 30 years in the ocean, representing Ireland at the highest professional level, and his passion for Sligo.
Meet the best local and international surf instructors and learn all you need to know about surfing and Sligo. The expert instructors will patiently show you how to stand on your surfboard on the beach in three easy steps before guiding you into the water to practice the skills you have learned. Surfing is sure to put a smile on your face, and your surf instructor will give you lots of helpful tips and encouragement.

After your surfing experience we do have the Cafe Bar Menu and Kitchen Restaurant Table d’hôtel Menu is available from 6pm. Dining reservations are recommended.
