The Kitchen Restaurant:
The Kitchen Restaurant is where traditional recipes meet contemporary innovation. Here, every dish tells a story of Sligo’s rich culinary heritage, artfully prepared with care, skill, and a dash of quirkiness by Chef Fitzmaurice and his team. The restaurant’s design, enjoys river views, sets the stage for a truly remarkable dining experience.

Breakfast at The Kitchen Restaurant offers an extensive buffet spread, including a variety of danish pastries, fruits, and the classic Full Irish buffet breakfast. Our lunch menu caters to all tastes, from Homemade soups and salads to hearty mains and homemade desserts. Evening guests can indulge in our Table d’Hote Menu, a curated three-course meal that epitomizes fine dining in the Sligo town centre.

• The View Bar: Immerse yourself in Sligo’s vibrant atmosphere with stunning city and river views. Our first-floor bar is the perfect spot for enjoying a sophisticated cocktail or a glass of fine wine. With an in-house DJ set every weekend, The View Bar promises lively evenings in a stylish setting. This is also the ideal venue for birthday parties, Family gatherings and get-togethers.  Strictly over 21s at all times.
• The Boardwalk: For those sunny days, there’s no better place than The Boardwalk for al fresco dining and drinks. Overlooking the Garavogue River, it’s your sunny retreat in the heart of Sligo.
• Afternoon Tea at The Glasshouse: Elevate your afternoons with our exquisite tea service. Choose between our Standard and Deluxe Afternoon Tea packages, served in the scenic backdrop of the Kitchen Restaurant overlooking the Garavogue River. It’s the perfect way to celebrate special occasions or simply enjoy a leisurely afternoon. Our Afternoon Team menu is available on a Saturday, this must be prebooked and prepaid.

Café Bar – casual dining with menu available daily. The ground floor bar serves food from 12noon daily. This is very popular with local and guests alike.
