The Glasshouse combines functionality and design offering a unique 4 star city centre conference and meeting venue. With ample car parking for delegates and relaxing accommodation plus a range of dining options, it can cater for a wide range of events.

The Hyde and Yeats meeting rooms are based on the first floor, they offer natural daylight with climate control facilities plus wireless broadband and a high speed LAN.  OHP and meeting room set up included in room hire.  Refreshments and dining would be extra. 
 
Swan Suite is situtated on the ground floor - access from the car park and main hotel reception.  The Swan Suite is ideal for large meetings, social gatherings, family parties - bespoke menus available on request.

The Hyde and Yeats meeting rooms are equipped with a LCD flat screen which projects onto the wall. Integrated connectivity for Laptops.

The Swan Banqueting Suite is provided with two, drop down LCD projectors and 10ft screens which integrate with Laptops, DVD and audio visual equipment. The suite is also equipped with a wireless microphone system.

Flip charts are available on request ( extra charge ). Portable screens for use with LCD projectors are also available at a charge.

For extra AV requirements we would recommend an external company.
