Under the careful stewardship of Chef Alan Fitzmaurice The Kitchen has introduced a completely new dining experience to Sligo. Alan combines ethically sourced local ingredients and combines then in traditional recipes while adding a little contemporary twist, like the hotel itself, the food offering is quirky and unique.
Breakfast is served daily Monday - Friday 7am - 10am & Saturday / Sunday 7am - 10.30am - We offer a help yourself buffet style breakfast including fruit salad, cold meats, juices, cereals & selection of pastries. Full Irish breakfast is also available.
Lunch need not be a lavish affair, the extensive lunch menu ranges from soups, salads, selection of sandwiches /wraps to a main course lunch including homemade desserts. Lunch is available from 12noon until 3pm. Cafe Bar Menu also available from 12pm daily.
Evening dining with our Table d'Hote Menu is available from 6pm daily. Booking is advisable. The set menu price is €50.00 per person which includes a three course meal followed by tea/coffee.
