This spacious room (72 sq mtrs/775 sq ft) adapts to your needs, comfortably accommodating up to 40 guests in a theatre-style layout. The room boasts technology compatible with laptops, DVDs, and AV equipment.

While flip charts are available upon request, for more advanced audio-visual needs, partnering with an external company is recommended.

The Hyde and Yeats meeting rooms are equipped with a LCD flat screen which projects onto the wall. Integrated connectivity for Laptops.

The Swan Banqueting Suite is provided with two, drop down LCD projectors and 10ft screens which integrate with Laptops, DVD and audio visual equipment. The suite is also equipped with a wireless microphone system.

Flip charts are available on request ( extra charge ). Portable screens for use with LCD projectors are also available at a charge.

For extra AV requirements we would recommend an external company.
